The way we use our voice is central to our sense of ourselves.  Finding Your Voice can therefore be about finding and connecting to who you are and how you relate to others.  It is of great benefit to those seeking personal empowerment and greater confidence.

I work with individuals on a whole range of confidence issues.  In a sense it doesn't matter why you lack confidence and feel inadequate in certain situations; or what those particular situations are.  The most important thing is to be aware of those habits of thought and behaviour that contribute to your inability to express yourself adequately and interact with others effectively.

I aim to teach you how to identify and let go of patterns that keep you from your goals.  I work with how you use your voice, stand, move and prepare for action.    You will find your connection to the ground, discover the support of your body, enhance the quality of your breathing and speak with confidence.  You will develop an increased physical and vocal self-awareness, allowing continual development.

We can work on particular situations you find difficult, or work more generally on your confidence and communication.

Experience breeds confidence and I can help you develop the right experience in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment where I can give you the one-to-one attention you need and deserve.

I would be very pleased to hear from you to discuss your particular confidence issues, whatever they are.
